Frequently asked questions
Questions we get every week
If your question isn't here, send it over — we answer enquiries within one business day.
How does your consultation process work?
You send your trip details through the booking form. We confirm a time and hold a 30–45 minute call by phone, video or WhatsApp. Afterwards you receive a written summary with itinerary options, document deadlines and expected costs.
Do you help with visa guidance?
Yes. We explain which visa or entry authorisation your route requires, what the consulate typically asks for and how early to apply. We are travel consultants, not attorneys: we do not provide legal advice and we cannot represent you before immigration authorities.
Can you help plan international trips?
International travel is most of our work — multi-city routings, long-haul connections, group departures from several cities and trips crossing several visa regimes.
How do I book a consultation?
Use the booking page, email info@jwjexpress.com or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within one business day with available times.
What are your consultation fees?
Fees depend on the complexity of the trip and are agreed in writing before any work starts. Simple single-route consultations are charged as a flat fee; multi-city and group travel are quoted individually. You will never receive a charge you did not approve first.
Do you book the flights yourself, or do I?
Either. Some clients want the full itinerary arranged for them; others prefer to book from the options we prepare. Both are fine — tell us which you'd like during the consultation.
What happens if my flight is cancelled while I'm travelling?
Message us on WhatsApp. Rebooking support is part of the service for trips we arranged, and we work through disruptions with you rather than sending you to a call queue.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For domestic travel, two to four weeks is comfortable. For international trips requiring a visa, start eight to twelve weeks out — some consulates need considerably longer, and that timing is the first thing we check.
Do you work with business and group travel?
Yes. We handle repeat business travellers, corporate itineraries with approval-friendly documentation, and group departures where several travellers converge on one destination.
Which regions do you cover?
We advise on routes worldwide. Where local requirements are unusually specific, we say so plainly and point you to the official source rather than guessing.
Still have a question?
Ask it directly. No obligation, and no sales call afterwards unless you want one.
