Our role

JWJExpress LLC provides travel consulting and booking assistance. Flights, accommodation and other travel products are supplied by third parties under their own terms, which apply to your booking alongside these terms.

Not legal or immigration advice

Visa and documentation guidance is informational. Entry requirements change without notice and final decisions rest with the relevant authorities. Confirm requirements with the appropriate consulate or official source before you travel.

Fees

Consultation fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Fees cover our advice and time and are separate from the cost of flights and other travel products.

Cancellations and changes

Consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Airline and supplier cancellation rules apply to bookings and are outside our control; we will explain them before you commit.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate names, passport details and dates, and for holding valid travel documents and insurance.

Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from supplier failure, schedule changes, weather, or decisions made by immigration authorities. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.
